Description
The Heavy-Duty Column Clamp is a necessity for surveyors as it mounts to structural columns for stability and support for heavy instruments with 5/8-11” threads. It is constructed from durable structural aluminum and outfitted with stainless steel hardware. Our column clamp can support all 5/8 x 11” instruments with a max load of 2,200 lbs. With the help of the ratchet clamp, a stable connection to round or square columns is achievable. A locking lever is provided to secure the adjustable column that can rotate and move vertically to orient your instrument’s height. The centerline of the 5/8 – 11” stud to the adjustable column is 15 inches and is equipped with a fine adjustment bolt that provides even more grip and stability.
